08/06/2009 FLOPTV AWARD AND VM09's JURY
Floptv, the first web tv
dedicated to humour will take part at Videominuto 2009 with a 999 EUR award.
The money prize will be given
to the most innovative and irreverent video. The video will be also published on a special page on
www.floptv.tv. The
award will be assigned by Floptv's creative director and member of VM09's jury Michele Ferrarese (see photo).
Michele Ferrarese, producer and copywriter acts in his spare time in sleazy
pseudo-humorous gags. Failed ex-musician, after a long period of social and civil engagement
he gives up and sells himself short to the multinational companies. He is married
and has a child. He is Creative Director of Fox Factory, the Fox business unit committed to branded entertainment, and
of Floptv.
The other technical
jury members of Videominuto 2009 are the directors Manetti Bros from
Rome (see photo), the director Francesco Cordio, the director Ago
Panini, the artistic director of the Pecci Museum Marco Bazzini,
the events manager for the agency AREA Miriam Mauti, the curator Julia Trolp, the curator
Laura Barreca, the art critic Marcello Carriero and the gallerist
Michela Rizzo.
The jury that will select the winner for the "1000 Euro for 1 Minute"
award will be completed by ten "popular" jurors, chosen among the audience of the final
screenings on September 26th and chaired by the VM09 artistic director Raffaele Gavarro.
